General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Zeet Buzz platform (zeetbuzz.im) and applies to all its services. It is each member's responsibility to read and understand these terms. By creating or using an account on the platform, you are automatically considered to have agreed to all these terms.

Zeet Buzz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Zeet Buzz only provides services to residents of countries or regions where online betting is legally permitted. It is your own responsibility to comply with the laws of your country.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Zeet Buzz, you must meet the following requirements. These are strictly verified, and providing false information will result in account termination.

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• Each individual is only allowed One Account You may open one account. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• The name, phone number, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate and genuine.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the identity verification (KYC) process is completed.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.

Account security is the member's own responsibility. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

Betting Terms & Conditions

Betting on Zeet Buzz is subject to certain rules that apply equally to all members.

• Minimum Bet Amount ৳20।
• Maximum bet limits depend on the type of match and the member's account level.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a cash-out option is available, it can only be used within a specified time window.
• If a bet is unintentionally accepted due to a technical error, Zeet Buzz reserves the right to cancel it.
• A maximum of 12 events can be added to an accumulator bet.

If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets on that event will be voided and the stake returned. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the payout will be based on the remaining events.

Zeet Buzz reserves the right to void bets linked to suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing, and to investigate the associated accounts.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Payments on Zeet Buzz are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

1. Deposits: Minimum ৳100. Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 minutes. Failed deposits are reversed within 24 hours.
2. Withdrawal: Minimum ৳200. Typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 24 hours.
3. Verification: The daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,000 until KYC verification is completed.
4. Payment Method Matching: The payment method used for deposits must match the one used for withdrawals. For example, if you deposit via bKash, you must also withdraw via bKash.

Zeet Buzz does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges, which are the member's responsibility.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Zeet Buzz offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be met. The general bonus conditions are listed below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim the bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered x10 times.
• Wagering time limit: If wagering is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Minimum Odds: Bonus bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.5.
• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.

Zeet Buzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities to claim bonuses will result in account closure.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Zeet Buzz. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Betting on the basis of match-fixing or inside information.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.

Account Closure & Suspension

Zeet Buzz may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious betting patterns or evidence of fraud are detected.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• As directed by the regulatory authority.

If an account is suspended, the member will be notified by email and given the opportunity to appeal. Any valid balance will be returned following the investigation, unless forfeiture applies due to a Terms violation.

To close your account, contact our support team. Any pending bets will be settled and your available balance can be withdrawn before closure.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Zeet Buzz takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. All members are encouraged to play responsibly.

• Betting Limits: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits at any time.
• Deposit Limit: You can set a maximum deposit amount within a specified time period.
• Temporary Break: Your account can be temporarily suspended for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform on a long-term or permanent basis.

Privacy & Data Protection

Zeet Buzz collects and processes members' personal information solely to provide its services. We never sell member data to third parties.

• The information provided at registration is used for identity verification and account management.
• Transaction data is used for financial security and fraud prevention.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you have a dispute with Zeet Buzz, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised within 72 hours of the result being published.
• For payment-related disputes, please keep your transaction reference number on hand.
• If the issue is not resolved through support, a complaint can be submitted to the licensing authority.

These terms are governed by international gaming law and the regulations of Zeet Buzz's licensing authority. In the event of any dispute, the English-language version of these terms shall be considered final.
